No cookies, no analytics
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics. The only thing on it that sends what a visitor types anywhere is the help assistant, and only as described below.
Like any website, the servers that deliver it record routine technical logs of requests, such as the IP address and the time of a visit.
The quote request, the builder, the planner and the map
The quote request, the bay price builder, the space planner and the delivery map work inside the browser. What is typed into them, including measurements and a postcode, stays on the device. At the end, the enquiry opens as a draft in WhatsApp or in the phone's own messages app, and it is only sent if the visitor chooses to send it from there.
The help assistant
The help button opens an automated assistant. Its ready-made answers are built into the page and pressing one sends nothing. If a question is typed and sent, the text of that question, with up to three earlier typed questions from the same visit, goes to this website's server and may be passed to Anthropic, the company that provides the Claude AI service, so that it can be answered. No name or contact detail is asked for. This website does not store the questions.
The assistant remembers in the browser's session storage whether its prompt has been shown, closed or opened, so it does not ask twice. That note holds no conversation and is cleared when the tab is closed.
Calls and messages
A call, text or WhatsApp message to 07424 924452 goes to Stephen Eastwood at Rakko. The name, number and message are used to answer the enquiry.
